Moran’s Ground Beef Patties, As many as desired
Chef’s spice blend

Chef’s spice blend
Ingredients:
Pinch Crushed red pepper
Pinch Black pepper
Pinch Garlic salt

Apple B.B.Q. Sauce
½ cup White Vinegar
¼ cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
Black Pepper, To Taste
½ of Apple, chopped
1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1 cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Apple Chutney
1 Red Apple, chopped
1 tsp. Fresh Ginger, chopped
¼ cup White Vinegar
½ Lemon, peeled and chopped
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
 
Season with spices. Place over medium hot grill. Brush with Apple B.B.Q. Sauce* from time to time during grilling. To prepare cooked burgers: Top with Apple Chutney*, Grilled Onions and Baby Lettuces. Serve with Fresh Fruit.

Chef’s spice blend

Mix spices together, to taste. Sprinkle onto patties.

Apple B.B.Q. Sauce
In a medium pan add Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Ketchup, chopped Apples, Liquid Smoke, Garlic and Black Pepper. Boil over medium high heat for 8 to 10 minutes and stir to blend all ingredients.

Apple Chutney
Chop fresh apple, lemon and ginger. Add vinegar and garlic.
Mix well.
