1 lb. Moran’s 93% Lean 7% Fat Ground Beef
1/3 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, diced
1 jar Classico Spicy Red Pepper Pasta Sauce
6-oz. tomato paste
1/2 c. celery, diced
2 tbs. fresh parsley, diced
1 lb. fresh pasta

Crumble & brown beef (until internal temperature of 160° F), onion, celery, mushrooms & parsley in a skillet over medium heat. Add pasta sauce & tomato paste; reduce heat to medium low, cover & cook for 9~11 minutes. Cook pasta according to directions. Serve sauce over cooked pasta & sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
