 1 lb. Moran's 96% Lean 4% Fat Ground Beef 1/4 c. Angostura steak sauce 1/2 c. Onion, diced 1/3 c. plain breadcrumbs 1 egg white, slightly beaten 2 tbs. fresh parsley, chopped 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 3 tbs. Heinz Light Harvest Ketchup Heat oven to 350° F. In a bowl mix all ingredients well except ketchup. Spray loaf pan 81/2 x 41/2 x 21/2 with nonstick spray. Shape meatloaf in pan. Spoon ketchup over top. Bake uncovered 45-60 mins. or until center loaf is 165° F. Remove from pan. Serves 4. Meal completers: mashed potatoes & vegetables, garden salad.
