1 lb. Moran's 85% Lean 15% Fat Ground Beef Chili Grind
1 c. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
4-sl. bacon, chopppcd
2 tsp. green chilies, diced
1 pkg. Carroll Shelby Chili Mix
1 15oz. can black beans, rinsed
1 15oz. can white beans, rinsed
1 28oz. can romatoes, crushed
3/4 c. red wine
1/2 c. parslcy, chopped

In a large sauce pan brown onion, green pepper, garlic, bacon & chilies. Add beef and cook until internal temperature reaches 160° F. Add seasonings, and remaining ingredients. Stir, cover & simmer for 15 minutes. If desired, make a chili quesadilla.
Serves 8.

Meal completers: low fat cheese, red onion, olives, flour tortillas.
