After cooking & serving, refrigerate leftovers immediately.

Separate into small portions for fast cooling.

Use or freeze cooked meat stored in the refrigerator within 3-4 days.

For best quality, store frozen cooked meats no longer than 2-3 months.

To reheat all leftovers, cover and heat to 165ºF or until hot and steaming throughtout.
