Place ground meat in
the refrigerator or freezer immediately.
Set your refrigerator at 40ºF or colder and your freezer
at 0ºF or colder.
Cook or freeze ground beef on or before "use by" or
"freeze by" dates.
For best quality, do not store frozen ground meats longer than
3 to 4 months. |
